Christina Lamont, BSc (Comp. Med.), N.D. (UK), RH, CCT

I am a level two I-ACT certified Colonic Hydrotherapist.  For the past twelve years I have taken a keen interest in the human body and have studied extensively in optimising health and happiness.

I studied Life Science at the University of Toronto, Canada.  My subjects included Psychology and Human Physiology/Pathology.  I then went on to study Complementary Medicine through Charles Sturt University and complete a Naturopathic degree and diploma in Herbal Medicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, England.  In 2007, I completed certification to become a Colonic Hydrotherapist.

I have a continued interest in medical research and staying up to date in the field of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, with a particular focus on reproductive health and fertility.

Over the past four years I have gained invaluable first hand insight into digestive problems through my work as a colon hydrotherapist and have seen great success in restoring digestive health.

My hobbies include running, hiking, traveling, Salsa dancing, Ashtanga Yoga, reading and photography.

I believe in preventative healthcare and feel that with a little bit of planning and awareness, we have the ability to take control of our health and wellbeing....long into old age.
